This morning I had a flashback of sorts. As I was walking through the library, selecting my weekend material, I suddenly reflected on what I was like as a kid.
My mom said that I would large amounts of time at the library, and countless hours sitting under the tree in our backyard...reading. In fact, I once told her, "Reading is my life."
As I've gotten older, I've still enjoyed it, but have gone through periods of time without picking up anything deeper than the latest issue of People Magazine. This summer will be different. I've decided to start my very own reading program.
It will hopefully be a much needed stress reliever.
